For our handcrafted wood products we use Australian timber only, primarily from trees that have fallen due to insect damage, age, been removed for safety reasons or are a weed species.

We give this beautiful wood a second life. The timber is not chemically treated; it is dried naturally and microwaved to ensure no borers or other insects remain.

As a natural material, timber continuously reacts to its environment, making ageing, cracking, and warping completely normal. It constantly absorbs and releases moisture, swelling if too wet and shrinking in dry heat. To maintain your wood products protect from extreme moisture and heat and apply high-quality natural oils and waxes to nourish and preserve.

We use Whittle Waxes natural hardwax oil because it is non toxic, food safe and protects the timber while allowing its grain, colour and unique natural patterns to remain the feature.

Is the finish waterproof?

The finish is water-resistant, but not completely waterproof. Avoid soaking wooden products or placing them in a dishwasher.

How should I clean my product?

Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry it immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and scouring pads.

Will the finish need refreshing?

With time and regular handling, timber may become less lustrous. A suitable natural oil or wax for wood products can be applied to refresh and protect the timber.

Can scratches or marks be repaired?

Minor scratches and worn areas can often be lightly sanded and refinished without coating the entire piece—one of the practical advantages of a hardwax oil finish.

Will the timber change over time?

Yes. Natural timber may gradually deepen or mellow in colour as it ages and is exposed to light. This is part of the unique character and beauty of real wood.

Water should not be poured directly into the vase.

A waterproof glass insert is included with the vase. Use the glass vial for fresh arrangements.

You can put dried arrangements in the vase with or without the glass vial.

We do not currently ship internationally.

We ship within Australia at a flat rate fee only.

Shipping

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been sent, you will receive tracking details by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Packaging

Each piece is carefully wrapped to protect it during its journey. We use recyclable or reusable packaging materials.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a return of the product and appropriate replacement or refund.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please get in touch so we can investigate it with the delivery provider.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will let you know that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
